We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience.
We assure you that all products sold on Kasturithreads.com are new and 100% genuine. However, if there is a genuine defect / damage in the received products caused in transit, a replacement will be offered only if there is an uncut unpacking video within 24 hours of receiving it. Video should contain sealed packet with printed shipment label proof and product returned should contain original tags and packaging in an unworn/unused state.
Kasturi threads offers a 2-day return policy to our customers. Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it.
You can conveniently raise a return/exchange request for any item within 2 days from the date .we will be charging Rs. 100 for orders below Rs. 2000 & Rs. 150 for orders above Rs. 2000 as a charge of revere logistics & the remaining balance will be refunded to your bank account. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Policies:
Our shipping timelines vary depending on what you have ordered.
All clothing products take 2 to 14 working days (shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned under every product in the description section as well).
Fabrics & Sarees take 2 to 3 working days to ship from the warehouse.
Working Days are Monday – Friday so the shipping timeline does not include the weekend.
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, tracking details will be emailed to you on your registered email.
we offer return pickup for eligible items’ returns within India. We do not extend this service out of India.
Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost & risk.
